Coaching Philosophy
"My primary objective in the youth program is to build strong fundamentals while fostering a lifelong love for table tennis. I focus on developing proper techniques, coordination, discipline, and confidence in a positive and structured environment.
Beyond athletic skills, I emphasize sportsmanship, focus, resilience, and teamwork, helping young players grow both as athletes and as individuals. My goal is for each child to leave the program not only as a better player, but also with increased self-confidence and enjoyment of the sport." - Coach Shahin

"Our son, Sambit, started playing at ATTC when he was just 9 years old. Today, he is 19, and looking back over the last decade, I can say with certainty that joining this club was one of the best decisions we ever made for him.
While the coaching is top-tier—especially under the guidance of Coach Shahin and the rest of the incredible staff—ATTC offers something far more valuable than just athletic training. For ten years, it has been a safe, happy, and nurturing environment. As parents, we felt completely comfortable leaving Sambit there for long hours even at a very young age, knowing he was in a place that treated him like family.
Table tennis at ATTC has become Sambit’s "reset button." Whenever life gets stressful or things aren't going well, he spends half a day at the club, and the atmosphere completely transforms his mood. It’s a community built on support, discipline, and genuine care. If you are looking for a place where your child can grow both as a player and as a person, ATTC is the place to be."
